E-Office can be hosted on Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) that adds an extra level of security to your E-Office system. It requires you to log on through a secure server, which prevents hackers from accessing your information. SSL uses technology known as encryption, which is software that uses secret code to scramble data.

Payroll Time Clock

Payroll Time Clock shows elapsed time totals from each IN and OUT punch, total time for each day and accumulated totals for each week by each employee in the office. All programming, time keeping and punch information is kept safely in database and the attendance record is only accessible and printable by E-Office administrator or assigned accountant.
